You may exercise your right to return within 14 days, counting from the delivery date, and in accordance with the Returns Satisfaction Policy.

In case of a return, an email must be sent to comercial@cokitto.com, 24 hours after receiving the order, with the reason for the return. After validating the return conditions, we will refund the amount paid, using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
